Can Government Intervention Sustain Economic Incentive, Technological Innovation, and Capital Flows?

Please be advised that the Institute for Trade, Standards and Sustainable Development (ITSSD), an ad hoc observer to the WIPO Standing Committee on the Law of Patents, is hosting a side-bar panel event during the fifteenth session meetings of the WIPO SCP, the purpose and subject of which is described briefly below and in more detail on the ITSSD website homepage, at: http://itssd.org/ITSSD%20October%2012,%202010%20WIPO%20SCP%20side-bar%20event%20flyer.pdf.

The ITSSD side-bar will take place on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, in Room B of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) building, located at 34, chemin des Colombettes, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland, at 1:00-2:45pm CET.

The venue for this event will have limited space for those who might wish to attend.
